This is a metal collectible that we’ve named “rooster.” It’s 5 inches tall, customer requires 100% pewter material, and the surface needs an antique and copper effect.
The customer only provided his idea sketches.
We need to perform 3D design based on the sketches and production process requirements.After repeated confirmations and revisions, the final design is as follows
We then proceed with mold making and sample production based on the confirmed 3D design, and send them to the customer for confirmation.
